Sherlock series four has recently started shooting, and now Benedict Cumberbatch has been spotted filming on Lambeth Bridge outside M15 HQ.
It seems reasonable to assume Mycroft (Mark Gatiss) is somehow involved in the storyline being shot, but you'd need a mind like Holmes's to deduce much more from the pictures.
Although there is some running, so we can tentatively guess big brother might be in trouble.
The first episode will pick up exactly where New Year's Day special 'The Abominable Bride' left off, with Sherlock back on British soil to investigate the mysterious resurgence of the long-dead Moriarty (Andrew Scott).
Meanwhile, John Watson (Martin Freeman) and his wife Mary (Amanda Abbington) will prepare for their biggest ever challenge - becoming parents for the first time.
The new series has been described by those in the know as pretty dark, involving "an emotional upheaval", which we're dying to know all about.
However, we'll have to hang on until January 2017, when it's thought series four will air.
