Gary Lucy has fuelled rumours of a Footballers' Wives revival and got us all excited.

Having returned to Hollyoaks as Luke Morgan, Gary was asked about the possibility of bringing back Kyle Pascoe, and he hasn't ruled it out.

"Maybe in some form... watch this space is all I can say," he told Now. "It was outrageous and a fantastic thing to be a part of, so a reunion may be on the cards – you'll have to wait and see."

And if Footballers' Wives was to return, what would Kyle be up to?

"Kyle was last seen running from the police, so I have no idea what happened to them," he outlined. "Just sit tight and everything I said will make sense."

Such a tease.

What to Read Next

Last month, Gary reunited with his Footballers' Wives co-star Susie Amy – who played his on-screen wife Chardonnay – on Loose Women, where they recreated their infamous wedding.

"It was so fun, it was one of my favourite jobs, and looking back I feel so lucky to be involved in that so young," enthused Susie. "I mean, Gary was 19 and I was 20 when we were cast in that."

For now, we'll have to make do with Gary being back in Hollyoaks, and he's spoken to us about what it was like to revisit the male rape ordeal storyline after 15 years.
