With the Crystal Maze interactive experience arriving next month (!!), the team behind the live project has now been revealed.

The organisers took to Twitter today (February 24) to introduce the people working on the project - we'll see you in the maze guys!

A real-life version of the classic series will officially open on March 15, 2016 in a 30,000-square-foot venue in Kings Cross, London.

After hitting its basic crowdfunding target of £500,000 in just over a week in June, it later surpassed £750,000 in donations.

That means it will now feature CCTV cameras, allowing players to watch other teams' exploits from the bar.

There will also be a special prison for participants who fail at a challenge. While their teammates can rescue them if they wish, the trapped contestants will be able to play a game themselves to escape.

Little Lion has been working with show creator Malcolm Hayworth, presiding rights company Zodiak Rights and former maze master Richard O'Brien on the project.
