The bank holiday weekend may be on its way out, but our list of the best shows to watch this week will keep the entertainment going throughout the next seven days.

Sky's brand new British action-adventure, starring The Handmaid's Tale's Samira Wiley, will finally arrive, and we're also recommending something wholesome with the return of Netflix's With Love, Meghan.

The Handmaid's Tale star Samira Wiley joins Alfie Allen (SAS: Rogue Heroes) and Shazad Latif (Star Trek: Discovery) on this action-filled ride.

The official synopsis from Sky teases: "When the path of free-spirited drug smuggler Max (Allen) collides with JJ (Latif), an enigmatic outsider on the run, an unlikely friendship is formed. They're swept into a chaotic, high-stakes mission they never signed up for..."

Atomic debuts on 28 August at 9pm on Sky Atlantic and Sky Showcase.

If you missed this gripping watch the first time around, you're in luck because Channel 4's The Gathering will arrive on Netflix this week.

The thrilling drama takes place in Merseyside, where a teenage girl is attacked. A group of teens become the prime suspects, and each of them could have committed the crime "along with their parents, who give equal cause for suspicion" (via the synopsis).

The Gathering is available to watch from 25 August on Netflix.

Two Graves

Two Graves is a gritty Spanish drama series, created by Agustín Martínez, and described as "a revenge story".

It centres on the disappearance of two 16-year-old friends, Verónica and Marta. Two years on from the close of the investigation (due to a lack of evidence and suspects) Isabel (Kiti Mánver), the grandmother of one of the two girls, makes it her mission to uncover the truth at any cost.

Two Graves is available to watch from 29 August on Netflix.

With Love, Meghan, season 2

Autumn is almost upon us, and this will be the perfect cosy watch for craft enthusiasts.

With Love, Meghan returns for a second season and will see the Duchess of Sussex welcome a whole host of new artists, chefs and friends to her lifestyle series.

David Chang, Jay Shetty, Tan France and other guests will join Meghan as she experiments with bold flavours in the kitchen and tackles "doable but delightful DIYs" which Tudum teases will "fill our cups — as well as satisfy our appetites."
