Filming on Death in Paradise season 15 has officially kicked off.
The hit BBC series wrapped up its 14th run last month, though it was confirmed before it even started airing that another season was also on the way.
The show's official Instagram account has now confirmed that production has commenced on the next set of episodes, posting a picture of a clapperboard on the sands of Guadeloupe.
"We're back in paradise!" the post was captioned. "Filming has begun this week in Guadeloupe on the brand-new series of #DeathInParadise."
Fans were quick to share their excitement over the news in the post's comments section, with one writing: "Yay!! Last season was so much better than it’s been in a while."

Season 14 marked the first full season for Don Gilet's new lead detective DI Mervin Wilson after he made his debut in the Christmas special.
The actor previously said it was "both exciting and terrifying in equal measure" to be taking over the lead role from Ralf Little, saying back in December: "I liken it to one of those scary rides at a theme park. I'm going on it, and I know it's going to be scary, but I'm going to do it."
