The Sandman season 2 has cast Trigger Point actor Adrian Lester.
Lester, also known for his role as Mickey in the BBC conman drama Hustle, will play Destiny.
He'll be joined by newcomers Esmé Creed-Miles and Barry Sloane, rounding out the Endless family as they play Delirium and The Prodigal respectively.

Also set to return are Patton Oswalt as Matthew the Raven, Vivienne Acheampong as Lucienne, Gwendoline Christie as Lucifer, Jenna Coleman as Johanna Constantine, and Ferdinand Kingsley as Hob Galding.
This exciting news comes in the wake of creator Neil Gaiman updating fans on social media towards the end of 2023.
Marking the start of production on season 2, he wrote: "Genius showrunner Allan Heinberg and the countless people in front of and behind the camera are building something endlessly special, and bringing these stories to life in a way that would once have been unimaginable.
"A journey is beginning that will take us from Destiny's garden to Hell, from the Heart of the Dreaming to Ancient Greece and revolutionary France, and from there to places even I cannot quite imagine on the screen."

As for Boyd Holbrook's walking nightmare The Corinthian, the actor previously suggested to Digital Spy that audiences should be open-minded when it comes to his supposedly dead villain.
"Is he ever gone? Is anything ever gone?" said Holbrook.
"The comic books go on and on. He's reincarnated later on as a different entity, as a good guy. So I think that's something really fun to play with, to already know him as this dark entity, and to see what a lighter entity of The Corinthian would look like."
