Following yesterday's (October 24) trailer drop for The End of the F***ing World season two, the hit Channel 4 drama has now released a sneak peek at the opening scene.
In the clip, we're properly introduced to new character Bonnie (Naomi Ackie), an outsider with a troubled past and a mysterious connection to Alyssa (Jessica Barden).

We see her pull up at a petrol station where an old classmate of hers just so happens to be working behind the counter. Asking what she's been up to since she left school, she rather awkwardly tells him she's been in prison for killing someone.
And after buying a pocketknife from the stand behind him, she then morosely informs him she's off to kill someone else. He thinks she's joking, but she's not.
As she gets back in her car, she opens a folder to reveal a photo of her next target – Alyssa.

While Jessica Barden is returning for the second season, there's currently no word on whether Alex Lawther, who plays James, will also feature.
The End of the F***ing World series 2 premieres with a double bill on Monday, November 4 on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, you'll be able to watch on Netflix from Tuesday, November 5.
