The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 have been re-released for PC.
To mark the franchise's 25th anniversary, EA has made these two iconic games available again via the EA App, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11.
They have all their respective expansion packs included, while The Sims 2 also comes with the vast majority of stuff packs.
The two games can be purchased together as part of The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle or separately as The Sims: Legacy Collection and The Sims 2: Legacy Collection.
The pricing in the UK and US is as follows:

Last September, Gorman Revelli spoke to Variety about the future of the franchise, explaining that the company is moving away from numbered entries.
"The way to think about it is, historically, The Sims franchise started with Sims 1 then Sims 2, 3, and 4. And they were seen as replacements for the previous products," she said.
"What we're really working with our community on is a new era of The Sims. We are not going to be working on replacements of previous projects. We're only going to be adding to our universe."
The Sims 4 is now more than ten years old and continues to receive plenty of paid content and free updates.
This year has so far seen the release of three new kits, including Lilsimsie's Comfy Gamer Kit, while 70 new items are being added for free on February 4.
