Finn's new neighbours are not happy about his arrival on Ramsay Street. The Cannings are particularly appalled with the Kennedys for housing Finn, sharing their deep concern and anger with Ned. Ned can't resist giving Elly a blast for her role in their decision, causing tension with Bea.
There's fallout with Toadie too, who's back from the US. He decides that as long as Finn is in the Kennedy household, he won't be spending time there and neither will his children. With Shaun heading back to Switzerland, the Kennedys do what they can to make Finn feel at home, but Bea struggles to navigate the awkward reality of living with her formerly-evil ex. The tension culminates when Ned walks into the Kennedy house to find Bea with her hands on a freshly showered Finn, wearing only a towel.
Meanwhile, Elly is confused over her endorsement of Finn , and her guilt overwhelms her to the point she feels nauseous. Caring Amy and Mark assume it's morning sickness.
Elsewhere, when Toadie discovers Dipi and Shane have packed away Sonya's things – thinking they were helping Toadie avoid the confronting process – Toadie unleashes his fury.
