Bree arrives at the hospital and discovers that her emergency patient is Theo. When Cash arrives, Sonny is forced to admit that he didn't witness the actual crime as the River Boys had dragged him outside to beat him up.
Dana notices that Sonny is concealing his own injuries. Justin confronts Sonny for his role in Theo's involvement with dodgy characters, but when he puts his hand to his target's chest, Sonny collapses in pain. Bree and Dana step in to make sure that Sonny is taken care of, but he seems more interested in receiving updates on Theo.
As Justin continues to blame Sonny for everything, Remi points out that Theo was the one who took the risk of sleeping with a River Boy's girlfriend. Amid the arguments, Theo's medical alarms ring and he's taken into surgery.
Meanwhile, Cash heads to the River Boy warehouse. Gage, Lacey and the River Boys all deny any knowledge of anyone called 'Spanner' – the name that Sonny gave as his attacker. Gage offers to go in for questioning with Lacey and Edmund (Spanner). Cash soon realises that Lacey may be the weak link.
