Eliza storms out of Salt after confronting Roo. Roo pushes her to talk through the items in her music box to assure everyone that there's no cause for concern. Eliza explains that she has sentimental reasons for storing each item, which wins Roo over.
Harper plays a role in supporting Eliza, but the conversation keeps getting sidetracked by Eliza's fascination with Harper's unborn baby. Tane is unsettled when he walks in on Harper letting Eliza feel the baby kicking.
Tane urges Harper to take a step back from Eliza. When Eliza hears that she'll have to keep her distance, she's livid over the instruction to stay away from the one person she has felt a connection with. Feeling helpless, Eliza sets fire to the teddy she had bought for the baby.
