Free of morning sickness finally, Ziggy is a whole new woman, ready to take on the world. This starts with the garage, as Ziggy has been left in charge as the new manager. Before she can get to work, Ziggy keels over, holding her abdomen in agony.
Xander arrives in the ambulance to check on a pained Ziggy, asserting that nothing is wrong, just some cramping. Refusing to take chances, Dean insists on Ziggy going to hospital to get checked by a doctor.
With the all clear from the doctor, Ziggy's brave face falls. She questions what would have happened if it had been something serious. Dean assures Ziggy that 'what ifs?' will only make the pregnancy harder, so they should focus on the positives.
