Since finding the photograph on her doorstep, Marilyn has marched herself to Heather's van in a rage, accusing Heather of leaving it there. Heather claims innocence, asking who the baby in the picture is.

Nikau comes out of Heather's van and tries to calm Marilyn down. When Marilyn begins causing a scene, Roo appears to pull Marilyn away, apologising to Heather. When Marilyn refuses to explain herself, an exasperated Roo storms off.

When Heather can't understand Marilyn's behaviour, Nikau explains that Marilyn is usually a kind and compassionate woman – this is out of character for her. However, he reveals that she did struggle with mental health issues after the chemical attack, so it could be connected to that. Heather listens eagerly, curious about Marilyn.

Trying to keep the peace, Heather takes a bouquet of flowers to Marilyn, apologising for not being more sensitive – Heather didn't know about Marilyn's mental health history. Roo encourages Marilyn to say thank you, but Marilyn is taken aback, suspecting this is a ploy of Heather's.

Back alone in her own caravan, Heather opens a hidden box to reveal her birth certificate with her birth mother listed as: Marilyn Chambers. Heather is Marilyn's daughter, but what is she doing in Summer Bay?

Meanwhile, after walking out without a word, Cash wanders aimlessly, feeling he has nobody and nowhere to turn.

Later, at the house, Cash hastily packs his things, asking Xander to drop him at the caravan park. But he's busted mid-pack by a cross Felicity, who refuses to let Cash move out. Cash is staying right here where Felicity can keep an eye on him, bikie threat or not.

Tane begs Rose for answers about the court date, desperate for the bikie problem to be put to rest. Understanding the strain of having a cop in their house while awaiting trial with bikies, Rose agrees to investigate. Tapping into the task force files, Rose runs a search on threats to Cash Newman by the bikies.
