Still struggling with her concerns over Colby's profession, Mac is relieved when Colby informs her that he has been ordered by Sergeant McCarthy to take a few days off work. Colby is excitedly looking forward to the break, but when he arrives home, he discovers a bloodied and dishevelled Robbo sitting on the couch. Colby is stunned and immediately questions Robbo as to where he has been.

Robbo is in no mood to answer questions. His silence is ominous, as we're left to wonder what has happened since we last saw him in the company of Dylan Carter. Immediately consumed by Robbo's reappearance, Colby forgets the plans he has made with Mackenzie and is apologetic when he explains he'll have to take a rain-check.

Colby is determined to get to the bottom of where Robbo has been for the past week. However, Mackenzie's fears for Colby's safety, and her doubts about whether or not they have a future together, re-surface.

Robbo finally decides to call Jasmine, but hesitates when he sees her name in his contact list and puts his phone down. Robbo decides to leave and grabs his car keys when Colby stops him and continues to press him for answers, but Robbo continues to dodge the questions.

Mackenzie shares her fears with Ziggy, admitting that she's not sure whether she can commit to being in a relationship with Colby, given his seeming lack of regard for his own safety. Ziggy tries to reassure Mackenzie that there's one thing she can count on – and that's that Colby knows Robbo better than anyone.

As the day continues, Colby pushes Robbo to the limit. In his quest for answers, Robbo reacts angrily, punching Colby in the face. Mackenzie sees the incident happen – and it only serves to increase her fears. Colby is shocked when Mackenzie declares that they're over.

Meanwhile, both relieved that Ben arrived at the farm house last night, Maggie and Ziggy discuss where they go from here, in terms of getting Ben help. As a family, they head to the hospital, where Ben finds himself feeling self-conscious when Alex asks how she can assist. He finds the courage to explain that he hasn't been feeling like himself lately, and Alex suggests the first thing they should do is a mental health assessment.

Maggie is taken aback when Ben asks if she'd mind stepping out while he continues the consult. Maggie admits to Ziggy that she's fearful Ben no longer trusts her, given how unsympathetic she was last week.

Ben completes a mental health questionnaire which shows that he's suffering from severe depression. He and Alex make a plan to reconvene, after first allowing Ben some time to contemplate the different treatment options. At home, Ben explains to Maggie that he's uncertain about taking medication, but she encourages him to keep an open mind. Ben declares that he's determined to do whatever it takes to get himself back on track.
