Ailing Cleo has been alone for days after loved-up Abe and Peri's mini-break. When Abe gets back, to his panic, he finds her seriously ill. Cleo says she needs to go to the hospital for antibiotics.
Back in her room, Cleo is deteriorating and she passes out. Abe sobs, believing that he has killed her. Coming round, she begs him to call an ambulance.

Meanwhile, news is spreading around the village about Sienna's arrest, and it's divided the Blakes. Maxine won't visit her but Jez, Dilly and Liberty do and pledge to help get her out.
Elsewhere, Tony helps Ste as he is discharged from hospital into Leela's care, but Ste's desperate to go back to his old life and to their flat where he last saw James. Tony has to break the news to him that the house has been sold. At the Lomax house, Ste is in shock and the reception falls flat.
Leela and Joel try and explain their decision was down to paying for Lucas's solicitor and Leah's uni fees. Ste blames Leela for Lucas being locked up and Leah getting pregnant.
