Maya Stepney is set to receive a huge ultimatum in Emmerdale next week as she returns to the village.
Jacob, still vowing to wait for Maya to return, is spied on by the predatory teacher. While she waits for a chance to speak to Jacob, Pollard spots her and heads back to the B&B to ring the police.
Maya, however, soon enters and cuts short his phone call. It's here that Pollard delivers his ultimatum.
Either she lets him call the police to report what he has seen. Or he won't call the police if Maya tells Jacob that she doesn't love him anymore. What will she do?
Just last week, Maya went into police custody. But it looked like she could get off scot-free, due to Leyla refusing to admit that she saw Jacob and Maya kissing, to avoid having to reveal that the girls attacked Maya in the woods.
David, however, told the entire pub what had been happening, meaning Maya is certainly in hot water.

All this is building towards Maya's exit, as actress Louisa Clein is set to leave the soap.
It's not known when though, as there still may be a lot to come in the grooming storyline.
Emmerdale currently airs weekdays at 7pm, with an extra episode at 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays on ITV.
