EastEnders has revealed the aftermath of Ben Mitchell's shooting as he's rushed to hospital with life-threatening wounds.
In Friday night's dramatic scenes, Ben was the unfortunate victim of a gunshot from Hunter Owen, who had taken everyone in The Vic hostage, hellbent on getting revenge on Jack Branning.

The situation was eventually brought to an end as Hunter was shot and killed by the police, but Sonia had to perform a risky procedure on Ben to keep him alive – and to everyone's relief, she succeeded.
But with fears over his life still remaining, the soap has now revealed the aftermath of the shooting as Ben lies unconscious in a hospital bed with the Mitchells, Beales, Jay and Lola all waiting for an update on his condition.
Meanwhile, at the café, Callum shares his fears about Ben with Stuart, but when he spots Whitney – still heartbroken by their disastrous wedding day – she makes a quick exit. Gutted, Callum gets the acceptance he needs from his brother.
