Carl caught? Coronation Street's Debbie rumbles Bistro clash as Tracy says too much

Tracy Barlow's acid tongue puts Carl and Abi Webster's affair secret in serious danger on Coronation Street next week.

The trouble unfolds as Debbie overhears her trying to harangue cash from Carl. Has Tracy given the game away?

"Debbie walks in just as Tracy is turning the screws on Carl – and taking a lot of pleasure from it," says our Corrie insider.

The showdown comes as Carl tries to juggle two very different secrets in his life. The week begins with him stepping up his stolen car scam, meeting up with his young accomplices Brody and Dylan and ordering them to get out and about and identify some high-end cars which could be ripe for thieving.

Meanwhile, Carl's affair with Abi is weighing heavily over him. She may be out of sight at the moment, on holiday with Kevin, but Abi's certainly not out of mind.

Firstly, she has suggested that the pair move to Germany together, an idea which has left him reeling. But secondly – and far more pressing – is the fact that Tracy has discovered his and Abi's secret and is now demanding £10,000 to buy her silence.

Unfortunately for all concerned, this is just the moment Debbie walks in. Debbie is incensed by what she hears and soon comes to her big brother's defence. But as things escalate, will the truth be revealed?
