The annual Serpentine Gallery Summer party saw A-list stars such as Bradley Cooper and Keira Knightley gracing the refined greenery in Kensington Gardens last night (July 1).
Stars sipped summer cocktails under a pavilion designed by Chilean architect Smiljan Radic for the fundraising event, which saw a special guest performance from Pharrell Williams.
Here's an offering of the most stylish to the garishly nightmarish dressed stars of the evening:
The devilishly stylish
A bright red-lipped Alexa Chung was typically chic in a strapless gothic-style black velvet dress with pointed strappy sandals and a summer straw basket-inspired handbag.
Keira Knightley looked effortlessly cool in a one-shoulder Chanel dress with multicoloured patterns and a full-length sheer white skirt, while her husband - Klaxons' James Righton - looked smart in a tuxedo.
What to Read Next
The ethereal and otherworldly
Cara Delevingne kept it simple in an elegant black gown and the forthcoming Mulberry black quilted Cara backpack. Donna Air breezed in, sporting a flowing, dark-hued Burberry maxi dress.
Emilia Fox added edge to her floral white frock with a silver sequined blazer, and Danielle Lineker looked airy and bohemian in a floaty white embellished maxi dress.
The coolest couple
Suki Waterhouse looked pretty in a dusky pink Burberry Prorsum dress with plunging neckline which she teamed with a pair of funky, chunky Topshop patterned platforms. Her boyfriend Bradley Cooper looked smart in a slick navy suit and a pair of blue-tinted aviators.
The matching couple
Mark Ruffalo and actress wife Sunrise Coigney both arrived in black and gold-rimmed glasses respectively, and both matched their grey blazer and jumper with dark-coloured jeans and slightly worn shoes.
The sizzling and sexy
Samantha Barks smouldered in a Lanvin metallic pink dress with frayed hemline, while Lily Allen turned heads in a thigh-skimming navy Stella McCartney shirt dress.
The most dashing men
Orlando Bloom looked dapper in a navy blue suit and shiny black shoes, while Pharrell Williams was back in his Vivienne Westwood buffalo hat, a blue blazer and ripped jeans.
The decidedly garish and nightmarish
Nancy Dell'Ollio wore an unflattering wide leg gold lamé jumpsuit (although perhaps a better choice than last time?) while a futuristic-looking (and robotic) Lady Victoria Hervey attended in a bizarre silver corseted gown with double slits up the sides.
Gemma Arterton disappointed in scarlet over-kill with a Prabal Gurung crop top and matching high-waisted skirt with red-ribboned heels, but still looked beautiful. And Naomi Campbell donned an ill-fitting red sequined number by Givenchy.
