Many Brits try to make it big across the pond, and former TOWIE star Mark Wright is currently on a roll with his US TV deal, interviewing fellow celebs like Kim Kardashian and – crucially– Niall Horan.
When given the chance to prove himself to TV bosses in America, Mark was tasked with finding an A-list celeb to feature.
"She said, 'I'm gonna give you a chance. You've got a week to get a star we'd play on our show. Produce it. Direct it. And interview them'." Mark explained, as reported by Sunday Mirror.
"They said the calibre they wanted was Beckham, Corden, One Direction."
Luckily, Mark had a few impressive connections up his sleeve – and called ex-1D pal Niall to see if he could help out. Niall gave Mark and his team an inside look at his latest music video.
"I will thank Niall forever," Mark said. "I have got close to him over the last year and he has helped me settle in."

Mark now lives in LA, while wife Michelle Keegan films for her TV projects all around the country. Despite Mark's fame, he believes his part in reality shows like TOWIE and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! made it difficult for him to get his break.
"Reality shows carry a stigma. You get 'I can't take him seriously, he has no talent. He is thick. He is from Essex'," he said.
"I believe proving people wrong is the number one thing. Being a reality star is a huge positive as you are famous instantly if the show is good. But if you want to break away from that, then comes the negative."
