Bill Cosby has been ordered to answer more questions in a sworn deposition, brought by a female who alleges she was assaulted by the comedian when she was 15 years old.
Judy Huth claims she was plied with alcohol and sexually abused at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles back in 1974.
Cosby will be questioned under oath by the accuser's lawyer Gloria Allred on October 9, while Huth will be questioned by Cosby's lawyers on October 15.
The comedian had previously avoided a deposition scheduled for June 26, after his lawyers said that Huth should answer questions first.
However, a judge from the Los Angeles Superior Court has sided with Huth in requiring Cosby to go first.
"We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms Huth's case," Allred said in a statement.
