Bill Cosby will not face sexual assault charges in Los Angeles over an incident that is alleged to have occurred around 1974.
The Los Angeles Police Department officially opened an investigation into Judy Huth's allegation that Cosby assaulted her at the Playboy mansion when she was 15 years of age.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18 today because the statute of limitations has expired, reports The AP.
Huth met with the LAPD for a 90-minute interview on Friday, December 5 to formally discuss her allegations against Cosby.
She is also currently pursuing a civil case against the comedian, with attorneys for Cosby seeking to dismiss the legal action.
