Shailene Woodley was looking radiant on the red carpet at the latest premiere for Divergent in Berlin last night (April 1).
The 22-year-old actress donned a plunging white Zuhair Murad gown for the screening in the German capital.
Woodley has recently been revealing the secrets to her healthy lifestyle and glowing, youthful complexion (apart from the fact she's a Hollywood starlet and was only born in 1991).
Here we compile 9 of Shailene Woodley's alternative lifestyle tips - from eating clay to foraging for food:
1. Sunning where the sun don't shine...
The actress recently revealed that she likes to give her vagina a "little vitamin D" – sunshine, in other words – to fight infections. She explained: "If you're feeling depleted, go in the sun for an hour and see how much energy you get. Or, if you live in a place that has heavy winters, when the sun finally comes out, spread your legs and get some sunshine." Perhaps not in public...

2. Gargle sesame oil
Shailene also advises one to get involved in "oil pulling". This means replacing mouthwash with coconut or sesame oil for a morning "swish". The star believes it gets rid of plaque and makes your teeth whiter. We might give it a go next time we're making a stir fry.
3. Eat clay!
No, seriously. Woodley swears by it as she claims digesting clay "provides a negative charge, so it bonds to negative isotopes". Of course, those pesky isotopes! Although on the downside, as she also kindly revealed, eating clay can make your poo smell of metal. We might give it a miss...
4. Wash your hair once a month
Shailene recently chopped off her long flowing hair in preparation for her role as a cancer patient in upcoming movie The Fault in Our Stars. The star shared a picture of her new 'do on Twitter, and later generously donated her hair to the charity Children With Hair Loss.
On maintaining her locks now that they're shorter, she says she only shampoos once a month, adding: "The the oilier, the better."
5. Collect water from a mountain
Shailene casually shared that she gathers her own water from mountains at least once a month. Which mountains, we're not entirely sure. And in what sort of receptacle does she collect the liquid? Well, we don't know the answer to that either. She stated the obvious to Flaunt magazine: "I think everything about my lifestyle is fairly alternative."
6. Forage for foods
This sort of comes under the above, as we'd imagine one would naturally be foraging for food en route to those magical mountains. Along with digging up wild foods in the wilderness, the star says she also makes her own toothpaste, cheese, and medicine.
"I go to a farm to get my food," she revealed. "I make everything from my own toothpaste to my own body lotions and face oils. I could go on for hours. I make my own medicines; I don't get those from doctors."
7. Eat carrots, not crisps!
Which is easier said than done. The actress divulges that when she feels tempted for some sheer unadulterated junk food, she eats fruit and vegetables instead. Speaking to Teen Vogue, she said: "I think it's easy to not eat junk food, especially when some vegetables and fruits are just as sweet, such as raspberries and beets. When I feel like eating chips, instead of eating potato chips, I eat plantain chips. They are amazing!"
We'll never swap cake for raspberries and beets, ever. Sorry, Shailene.
8. Buy in bulk!
Unsurprisingly, Shailene Woodley is also extremely consumer conscious, and buys in bulk to avoid waste. Speaking to Coco Eco magazine, she explained: "The amount of waste we have is so frustrating, so at home I try to only buy bulk, and I only go to the farmers' markets. The amount of waste is what inspired me to start researching health and what we can do to live more minimally."
9. Eat raw garlic
Want to avoid the common cold, the cost-effective and healthy way? Follow Shailene's advice and chomp on raw garlic. "It's super anti-viral," as the star herself observes.
