Here are the latest additions to Netflix, as well as news and events worth keeping an eye on over the coming week:

Better Call Saul (episodes 1 and 2)

We've been waiting for this. Following up on smash hit Breaking Bad, you can watch Better Call Saul first on Netflix this week.

Bob Odenkirk is back as shady lawyer James 'Jimmy' Morgan McGill - better known as Saul Goodman - in adventures that kick off six years before he fell in with Walt and Jesse's budding meth empire. The producers have said that future storylines will also be set during and after the events of Breaking Bad.

Better Call Saul will be releasing a new episode each week, with two landing on Monday February 9 and Tuesday February 10 this week to celebrate the highly-anticipated launch.

Calvary

This Irish drama reunites actor Brendan Gleeson and writer/director John Michael McDonagh after their acclaimed black comedy The Guard. In Calvary, Gleeson plays a troubled Catholic priest living under a very peculiar death sentence.

Keep an eye out for other starring turns from Chris O'Dowd, Kelly Reilly, Aidan Gillen and Dylan Moran in the bleak and powerful drama. Watch Calvary from February 11.

The Raid 2

Welsh filmmaker Gareth Evans turned heads and spawned a series of copycats with his frenetic Indonesian martial arts action thriller The Raid. His bigger budget sequel has gained equally high praise from the critics.

Landing on February 11, The Raid 2 continues the story of undercover SWAT member Rama, sinking into the depths of the underworld to hunt out the corrupt officials with the inevitable spattering of mind-blowing hand-to-hand combat.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Disney's 1996 animated film adapts the classic novel by Les Misérables writer Victor Hugo about Quasimodo, the hunchback of the title who lives an isolated life in 16th century Paris.

This is an unusual departure from Disney's tales of beautiful princesses and handsome heroes, and carries a great message about the difference between outside appearances and true goodness. Watch one of the most thoughtful and challenging films in the studio's history from February 13.
