Ant & Dec are presenting the 36th annual ceremony from The O2 in London to honour the biggest names in music.
Adele, Coldplay, One Direction, Eagles of Death Metal, Little Mix, Justin Bieber and Lana Del Rey are just a few of the artists nominated across a range of genres.
The night will also be jam-packed with live performances from artisits like Rihanna, Jess Glynne, The Weeknd and James Bay - a veritable who's who of pop music.
ITV is airing coverage in the UK, while a YouTube stream is available for international viewers.
