Once Marvel's Deadpool is released in February 2016, it seems it's going to take a lot to persuade Ryan Reynolds to suit up again.

The actor has told The Huffington Post that while he may be up for returning as Wade Wilson in a sequel, he will not be looking to bring any other superheroes to the big screen.

The actor said: "We all want to be Batman alone at home in our specifically-sewn Bat pajammies, but no, I have no desire to play any other superheroes after this.

"Hopefully we'll get to do Deadpool again. Given the fact that it's rated R, the fans have to show their support for it, and they have to come out and make it worthwhile for the studio to make another one, but that's it for me. I've punched that superhero card a few times now, and that's enough."

Reynolds has already logged a lot of time in the superhero genre, with appearances in Green Lantern, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Blade: Trinity.
