The Lego Movie has won the Best Animated Film award at the EE BAFTAs.
The beloved blockbuster triumphed over Big Hero 6 and The Boxtrolls in the animation field, with directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller making a playful jibe at the Oscars in their acceptance speech.
"You are our favourite Academy by far, and this is clearly the most fun I've had in an opera house by far, also," Lord quipped from the BAFTA stage.
"You guys win the award for Best Academy. This is the end of the awards road for us, so we can say whatever we want. There's no-one left to impress."
