King Kong prequel Skull Island is upping its star-power again, with the addition of John Goodman to its main cast.
The Golden Globe winner has signed on to play a government official named Randa in director Jordan Vogt-Roberts's film, reports TheWrap.
Randa is the man responsible for leading an expedition to Skull Island, a land forgotten by time.
Skull Island's cast already boasted plenty of star-power, with Marvel actors Samuel L. Jackson, John C Reilly and Tom Hiddleston on board.
The fantasy epic also recently cast Brie Larson as its lead female role opposite Hiddleston.
Warner Bros acquired the rights to Kong: Skull Island earlier this month, hinting at a heavily-anticipayed franchise crossover with Godzilla.
Kong: Skull Island opens on March 10, 2017 in the US and the UK.
