Buffy the Vampire Slayer legend Sarah Michelle Gellar revealed that she got in "a little bit of trouble" for posting that photo from the set of the I Know What You Did Last Summer revival movie.
Gellar posted a photo of a chair with the film's title on it, which isn't much of a spoiler, but she stated that she still got told off for sharing it.
"You would think that being in my position, I know what rules are on sets when they say 'closed sets'," she told All My Children stars turned talk show hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos on Live with Kelly and Mark.

"So my husband's starring in the movie, and it was Thanksgiving, so I took our kids to Australia to go out there and visit him. And I was sitting on set and I was like, 'Oh what a great picture,' and then I posted it.
"Then I found out that they hadn't posted any pictures from the set yet [because they] hadn't announced they started filming. Yeah… that was an 'Oops! My bad!'

"But it was such a cool picture and it was so much fun. I mean, that's the movie that Freddie and I met on, so it was really cool to bring my kids there, and my best friend in California's [Jennifer Kaytin Robinson] directing it and wrote it. So I had a really cool time, but I just got in a little bit of trouble."

When it was pointed out she has a bigger following than the film's official accounts, Gellar responded that her post caused the filmmakers to create accounts for the film.
While her husband Freddie Prinze Jr is reprising the role of Ray Bronson for the film, Gellar is not back as Helen Shivers due to the character being dead. She did say that she has an "unofficial" job on the film, however, providing continuity notes.
