LEGO has unveiled its latest collaboration with Marvel: a set featuring Guardians of the Galaxy characters Rocket and Baby Groot.

Aimed at ages 10 and over, the 566-piece set is currently available on the official LEGO website for £54.99. It's also available from Argos and online retailers Zavvi and Very for the same price.

Standing at 22 cm in height, the buildable Rocket toy is jointed and doubles as an action figure once completed, allowing fans to pose the character in various positions.

The set also includes the Rocket's weapons to recreate various scenes from the movies, plus a Baby Groot Minifigure to attach to Rocket's shoulder.

The Rocket and Baby Groot set isn't the only fully jointed Marvel build-set available from LEGO either, with the I am Groot Buildable Toy currently on sale from Amazon for £33.99 (or £44.99 on the LEGO website).

Like the Rocket toy, the I am Groot set can also be repositioned and posed once building is completed.

For LEGO collectors and older fans, Marvel's collaboration with the iconic toy company also features various display models — including its newest release, a 487-piece Spider-Man mask.

Plus, those looking for a statement build can purchase an Avengers Tower replica — LEGO's its tallest ever Marvel kit — for £429.99 on the LEGO website.
