LEGO releasing Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back movie scene set with Yoda

The beautiful partnership of LEGO and Star Wars continues with another deluxe set inspired directly by a classic film scene.

After recently announcing a LEGO set based on the Death Star Trash Compactor scene from A New Hope, the latest comes from 1980's Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back.

The builders over at LEGO have taken one of the most beloved moments in the entire Star Wars franchise – Luke Skywalker's training with Yoda on Dagobah – and broken it down brick-by-brick for a new collection.

Available for pre-order now for £69.99 in the UK, the Dagobah™ Jedi™ Training Diorama is a 1,000 piece adventure of a LEGO set that essentially challenges the builder to construct the whole landscape of Yoda's home.

Not only are you building Yoda's Hut, but also the massive tree that grew through it, as well the sunken X-wing that landed Luke and R2-D2 on Dagobah to begin with.

This set comes with mini-figures of Luke in his training gear and Yoda in his flowing robes, as well as a LEGO-ized version of R2-D2. There are plenty of tiny accessories too.

LEGO's Dagobah™ Jedi™ Training Diorama, which is designed for adult builders 18 years old and up, stands over 16cm high when fully built, as well as 29cm wide and 17cm deep.

If you can build this set, you're a LEGO Jedi for sure. But as Master Yoda memorably told his young Padawan on the misty surfaces of Dagobah, do or do not… there is no try!

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and the entire Skywalker Saga are available on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K now, as well as on Disney+, while Rise of Skywalker is also on Sky Cinema Premiere and NOW.
