Two years ago, Digital Spy's sister site ELLE UK sat down with Daisy Ridley ahead of the second film in Star Wars' most recent trilogy.

They chatted all things fame, working on a sequel, whether she had met co-star John Boyega's cat (we presume this was big news at the time). But it wasn't a straightforward celebrity interview, no.

Ridley, ever the good sport, did it all while assembling a Millennium Falcon out of Lego.

So, as the trilogy draws to an end with the final film in the saga, The Rise of Skywalker, ELLE UK thought it would be fun to catch up with Ridley again, give her a new Lego set to build (this time it's a Speeder Chaser) and find out what she's been up to since – and whether she has any different outlooks in comparison to two years ago.

She was asked some of the same questions as in 2017, such as what her lightsaber would look like now, if she's converted her dad from a Star Trek to a Star Wars fan, how she felt making the final instalment compared to the pressures she admitted to feeling ahead of The Last Jedi and if seeing Celine Dion at the Met Gala is still her biggest fan girl moment.

As it might be the last time we see Ridley as fierce Resistance fighter Rey, ELLE UK also wanted to know how she felt about leaving the character behind, what she hopes her legacy to be and what her favourite memories are.

May the force be with you.
