A new clip for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker sees Rey (Daisy Ridley) use a classic Jedi trick.
Posted to Instagram on Sunday (December 1), the video picks up from a previous teaser, showing the Stormtroopers using jetpacks as Rey, Finn (John Boyega), Poe (Oscar Isaac), Chewbacca and their robot friends flee capture from the dark side.
It also shows Rey using a classic Jedi mind trick to dupe Stormtroopers into allowing her, Finn and Poe to escape.

"It's OK that we're here," she tells them, before Poe worryingly asks, "Does she use that on us?"
The clip follows a Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker TV spot which teased more from Palpatine and brought back a classic prequel theme.

It also follows new footage from the movie that hints at a connection to Disney+ show The Mandalorian.

As The Rise of Skywalker director JJ Abrams has also revealed that Rey's Force powers are "no accident", it seems we can expect to see more of her Jedi skills this time round.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has a release date of Thursday, December 19 in the UK and Friday, December 20 in the US.
