Subscribers were forced to replay the first episode in single-player in order to access previously unlocked levels and upgrades.
"To resolve, be sure to select 'Restart Episode' in order to replay Episode 1; if you choose this option, progression on weapons and rankings will be retained," reads a help post.
"If you select 'Restart Campaign' you will have to replay the Prologue in addition to Episode 1, AND progression on weapons and rankings will be reset."
Battlefield Hardline made its North American debut yesterday (March 17). It will be available in Europe on Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC from Friday, March 20.
