It's finally been confirmed that we'll get a Game of Thrones reunion special sometime next year, featuring many cast members old and new.
Ned Stark actor Sean Bean has previously spoken about it, but we hadn't received official word from HBO just yet. Now, thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have.
However, it doesn't look like the reunion will be aired on the network itself, instead being made exclusive to the eventual boxset of Game of Thrones seasons 1-8.
Which basically means fans will have to club together a handsome amount of money to catch this special event (alternatively, you could nip to your mate's house who's already bought it!).
Bean – who recently predicted which Stark will survive the fantasy epic – recalled how the reunion special came about: "Conan O'Brien did this thing. It was the last episode, so we all got together.
"It was good! It's funny with work, you don't really keep in touch. You do so many types of jobs in that part of the world. It's just like whenever I see old friends or even old drama school friends, it's just the same, we pick up where we left off last time."

"They decided to get all the characters together for a bit for this big show in Belfast and [Conan] kind of hosted the evening," Bean added.
Game of Thrones season 8 will premiere in April 2019. The show airs on HBO in the US and Sky Atlantic and NOW TV in the UK. Season 7 is now available to buy on DVD, Blu-ray or digital download.
