Like the rest of us, Rupert Grint's a telly addict. Unlike us, he's only just got around to watching Lost. (Somehow.)
"I always watch these things long after they're cool – I'm watching Lost at the moment, it's so good, so good. It's fantastic," he recently told Digital Spy.
"The depth of it – you think you know where it's going, but I cannot predict it at all. It's ridiculous, I'm on season five now and it's so confusing. The characters are so well formed, I'm really enjoying that," he said.
So, if they ever rebooted it, would Rupert like to be involved? "Definitely, yeah, I'd love to. It looked like a fun thing to be a part of. Hawaii's beautiful."
So, come on Lost licence holders, time to get your reboot hat on – we could totally see Grint as the next Charlie, Jack, or whoever he feels like playing, quite frankly.
Still, a Lost reboot is probably a bit more likely than Grint's pick for a movie to turn into a TV series (as much as we'd be fascinated to watch it).
What to Read Next
"I love Stanley Kubrick, I love everything he does. I love A Clockwork Orange, though I don't know how it could be a TV series, but I love that character," he admitted.
"That kind of dystopian world would be cool."
[Rupert Grint in Sick Note]
Just don't expect him to turn up in the final series of Game of Thrones, though, which you've got Harry Potter to thank for.
"I've always been a fan of fantasy, but I think Potter put me off a bit – after being in that world for a while, I needed reality. But it's fun, it's a real escape – I've always got a kick out of that."
Rupert Grint's latest escape is in the form of Sky Atlantic's Sick Note, a comedy drama about a compulsive liar (Grint) who's misdiagnosed with a terminal illness, and decides to just go with it. Fair enough.
Sick Note starts on Tuesday, November 7 on Sky One at 10pm.
