Lost is coming back! But sadly not on TV. But as a concert.

Yes, we know what you're thinking. Lost didn't exactly have a theme tune of any description, but its haunting and moving score remains one of TV's best ever.

Composer Michael Giacchino has announced plans to stage a special concert featuring the music from the cult fantasy series later this year.

Details are still pretty slim, but the one-off event will happen in Los Angeles in 2016.

Giacchino - who composed the music for all six seasons of Lost - has been trying to put the show together for several years.

We'd like to think that some of the show's most iconic moments could be played out on screen or acted on stage, but the composer has yet to announce further details.

Maybe Charlie could also reform Drive Shaft for a performance of 'You All Everybody'? Or a burst of Desmond's vinyl collection?
