Jimmy Kimmel Live has pulled off the ultimate TV hospital mash-up sketch featuring two of ER and House's biggest names.

George Clooney reprised his role as Dr Doug Ross and Hugh Laurie - complete with cane and accent - turned up as Dr Gregory House to help a dying patient.

As 'Little Jimmy' began to deteriorate, the two Tomorrowland actors recite their best medical knowledge in the hope it might help.

However, clearly a little rusty in the saving lives department, Laurie tells Clooney to use the trick they learned in "TV medical school" for performing CPR.

So that's how - after a few bars of Clooney reciting The Sugarhill Gang's 'Rapper's Delight' while pumping the host's chest - he saved a life. What a hero!
