You might want to sit down for this, because a new two-part teaser for the X-Files revival just premiered on US TV and it's now been released online.
The upcoming series stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as FBI investigators Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, with an air date set for January 24, 2016. Watch the new video below:

In the new teaser, Mulder reaches out to Scully for some support with his own investigation.
"In 2002 the investigation ceased, but my personal obsession did not," he reveals. "Our work is the key to everything. I can't do this alone."
As previously reported, fans at New York Comic-Con will get to see the first of six episodes, 'My Struggle', on October 10 - three months before its TV debut.
