Heroes Reborn was off to a modest start on Thursday (September 24), according to Nielsen figures.
The revival of the Heroes franchise earned 2.0 (6.09m) with a two-hour debut at 8pm on NBC, while new show The Player hit 1.2 (4.68m) at 10pm.
NFL delivered a win in the key 18-49 demographic to CBS with 4.0.
NFL Football reached 6.0 (16.88m) at 8.30pm on CBS.
Over on ABC, the return of Grey's Anatomy was down three-tenths of a point from last fall with 2.8 (9.55m) at 8pm.
Fellow Thank God It's Thursday dramas Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder also fell to 3.3 (10.25m) at 9pm and 2.6 (8.38m) at 10pm on ABC respectively.
