Fortitude has been named Sky Atlantic's most successful original drama to date.
The first episode of the Arctic thriller was watched by 2.7 million when it premiered back in January.
The show was also revealed to be the most successful drama for distributor Sky Vision, with sales to over 100 territories worldwide.
Fortitude creator Simon Donald recently confirmed that the majority of the show's cast will be back for the second series, with some new additions.
Series one featured a mix of established actors and rising stars, including Stanley Tucci, Michael Gambon, Christopher Eccleston, Sofie Grabol, Luke Treadaway and Jessica Raine.
Fortitude will return with 10 new episodes in 2016.
