Yellowstone spoilers follow.

Yellowstone star Kelly Reilly has addressed the possibility of her character Beth Dutton getting her own spin-off.

The hit Paramount+ series is currently in the middle of its final season, with the show set to wrap up next month after five seasons.

Whether or not Beth's story gets to continue beyond the series remains to be seen, though Reilly has admitted she is "interested" to see more of her story.

"I loved this season," she told Town and Country. "There were some really different territories to explore, so I’m not clinging to her. I’m happy to put her back in her padlocked box."

Elaborating on a rumoured spin-off for Beth and Rip, she teased: "I am definitely interested in Beth, and who she is after some things have happened. Who is she in peace?

"As an actor you’re like, 'Ooh, let me at that'. Wouldn’t it be fun to watch Beth go to therapy?"

The second half of the final season premiered last week and saw a big twist as Kevin Costner's character John Dutton was killed off after Sarah Atwood took out a hit on him.

Addressing the scenes after they aired, Costner admitted to SiriusXM: "I'm going to be perfectly honest. I didn't know it was actually airing last night. I didn't realise yesterday was the thing.

"Sometimes I'm like just a passenger in my life. There's a lot going on. And somebody said, you know, it played last night? And I said, ‘Hmm, okay’. So no, I found out about it this morning actually," the star added.
