The actor most recently appeared in Jon Gunn's drama Ordinary Angels, opposite Reacher star Alan Ritchson.

The film is inspired by the real-life heroic deeds of a local hairdresser, who rallies her community to help a widowed father who is trying to save the life of his critically ill daughter.

Speaking recently to Digital Spy, Christina Ricci, who plays the adult version of Misty Quigley on the show, revealed that much of season three's plot had been kept under wraps ahead of filming.

"I really don't know that much," she said. "Working on the show, we kind of find out just a little bit before we film. So, I actually don't really know exactly what's in store for Misty."

Ricci continued: "Everybody on the cast, the second we get the scripts we immediately read them. No matter where I am I'll pick it up and scan.

"It's fun to be involved in something that people in general are curious and fascinated by."

Yellowjackets airs on Showtime in the US and Paramount+ in the UK.
