The drama reboot was recently cancelled by TNT after three seasons, but the online petition to save it has already received over 44,000 signatures.
A statement released on the site reads: "Signing this petition could help save TNT's Dallas so it can get renewed for season 4. Fans love this show so much, and it should last as long as the original!!!"
Patrick Duffy, who starred on both the original series and the TNT reboot, has pledged his support for efforts to resurrect the show.

Dallas season three wrapped up on September 22, with a shocking twist involving one Ewing family member.
Actor Josh Henderson has also released a video message thanking fans of the show for their "love and support".
