ABC won the night in the 18-49 demographic, but CBS attracted the most overall viewers, according to preliminary ratings for Friday (May 2).

ABC averaged 1.8 across the evening, with Shark Tank's behind-the-scenes special Swimming With Sharks earning 1.5 (5.84m) at 8pm. The rating matched ABC's season high for the timeslot.

A new episode of Shark Tank followed at 9pm, which rose four tenths of a point to 2.2 (8.08m) to tie its season high.

Unforgettable kicked off primetime over on CBS, rising two tenths to 1.1 (7.58m), while Hawaii Five-0 dipped slightly to 1.2 (8.69m) at 9pm. Blue Bloods rose one tenth of a point to 1.5 (11.38m) at 10pm.

Over on NBC, Grimm rose two tenths to 1.4 (5.20m) at 9pm, before Hannibal earned 1.1 (2.76m) at 10pm.


Kitchen Nightmares continued with a two-hour episode on Fox, dipping three tenths to 0.8 (2.49m) between 8pm and 10pm.

Meanwhile, a new episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway earned 0.4 (1.19m) for The CW at 8pm, while Hart of Dixie tied its series low of 0.2 (0.67m) at 9pm.
