For many Game of Thrones fans, it was a long time coming.
In 'The Lion and the Rose', the evil King Joffrey finally got his just desserts, dying after being poisoned on his own wedding day.
Unsurprisingly, the shocking twist was greeted with jubilation from many on the web, although given Game of Thrones' history of brutal, deadly nuptials, some have questioned just what it is that writer George RR Martin has against tying the knot...
