Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will star in a brand new E! special.
After Shock: Heidi & Spencer will chronicle the couple's rise to fame on The Hills and their struggles with stardom in more recent years.
"The second [that The Hills] ended, in 2010, the jig's up. Now you're irrelevant. Your 15 minutes are up," Pratt says in the special.
Montag will also be opening up about her cosmetic surgeries, including a recent breast implant reduction.
After Shock: Heidi & Spencer airs on December 9 on E!.
The couple have followed up their success on The Hlls with appearances on VH1's Famous Food and the short-lived US version of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
Pratt and Montag also competed on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK.
