New star-studded wartime series Masters of the Air from Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks is now streaming on Apple TV+, and if you've been waiting for all episodes to release before watching, there's good news as the entire entire first season is now available in full.

Masters of the Air follows the men of the 100th Bomb Group known as the Bloody Hundredth, as they conduct perilous bombing raids over Nazi Germany during World War II, all while grappling with the frigid conditions, lack of oxygen and the sheer terror of combat conducted at 25,000 feet in the air.

The nine-episode limited drama series stars Doctor Who's Ncuti Gatwa, Saltburn's Barry Keoghan and Dune: Part Two's' Austin Butler, and you can watch Masters of the Air season one in full for free right now with an Apple TV+ seven-day free trial.

Once the free trial ends the membership will cost £8.99 per month, but you can cancel any time during the trial if you don't wish to continue the service and be charged.

Gary Goetzman joins Spielberg and Hanks as an executive producer on the series, reuniting the award-winning team behind Band of Brothers and The Pacific, with John Shiban (Breaking Bad) and John Orloff serving as creators.

Joining Butler, Keoghan and Gatwa in the all-star cast is Callum Turner (The Boys in the Boat), Anthony Boyle (Tetris), Nate Mann, Rafferty Law, Josiah Cross, Branden Cook, Isabel May (1923) and Sawyer Spielberg.

Masters of the Air is based on the 2007 book Masters of the Air: America's Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany by author Donald L Miller.

Masters of the Air focuses on a unique and crucial time in world history, with the scale and scope of the series being noted as a cinematic achievement.

Filming locations range from the bucolic fields and villages of southeast England, to the harsh deprivations of a German prisoner-of-war camp.

The series portrays the psychological and emotional toll taken on the young men who helped destroy the horror of Hitler’s Third Reich, with the synopsis noting that some were shot down and captured, some were wounded or killed, and some were lucky enough to make it home.
