After serving seven years of a 10-year prison sentence for second-degree murder, Gypsy Rose Blanchard has been released on parole.
In 2015, Gypsy Rose was sentenced for her role in the death of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, who was fatally stabbed by her then-secret boyfriend, Nicholas Godejohn, in a plot to kill her after years of abuse related to the controversial condition of Munchausen by Proxy Syndrome.
