The universe for gory superhero series The Boys is expanding, with its new spin-off Gen V streaming on Prime Video starting September 29.
Gen V will follow students at Godolkin University, America's only college for superheroes, where supes go to train to become the next generation of heroes and potentially join the elite team of The Seven alongside Homelander, A-Train and The Deep.
The violent series follows a young group of students who have various abilities ranging from weaponising their blood, lighting their bodies on fire and commanding people to do things with a single touch.
When they discover something dark and sinister is going on at their school, they have to decide what kind of superheroes, or supervillains, they want to be.
How to watch Gen V
The first three episodes of Gen V will be released on September 29 at 1am UK time on Amazon's Prime Video streaming service.

Gen V will have eight episodes in total with the first three premiering Friday, September 29 at 1am UK time. New episodes will be released weekly on Fridays until the finale on November 3.

Gen V's cast includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas and Marco Pigossi.
Clancy Brown (John Wick: Chapter 4) and Jason Ritter (Raising Dion) have recurring roles in the series alongside Derek Wilson (Future Man).
The series will also see appearances from The Boys cast, including Jessie T. Usher as A-Train, Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett, Claudia Doumit as Victoria Neuman and PJ Byrne as Adam Bourke.
Jensen Ackles and Chace Crawford are also set to reprise their roles from The Boys as Soldier Boy and The Deep.
The first three episodes of Gen V will be released on September 29 on Prime Video with new episodes out weekly on Fridays. The Boys seasons 1-3 are streaming on Prime Video. Season 4 is in production.
